About the Role:

Dandelion is hiring a VP of Marketing who can lead all aspects of a company's marketing programs. This role requires a hybrid specialization of primarily B2B marketing (enterprise through to SMB), and also B2C experience, especially for new product launches. As a result we're looking for a marketer with a wide range of experience and a history of successfully tackling new problems and domains.

This role will report directly to the CEO. You will be working as a member of senior management to ensure bookings targets are met, our brand is built nationally, and our new product launches are successful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end B2B (SMB, MM, Enterprise) marketing including brand, sales enablement, and direct response/performance marketing
  • Develop a calendar and capability for events, user groups and webinars
  • Create and launch account-based marketing campaigns and know the software required to administer them (e.g. Salesforce, Demandbase)
  • Own the company's website; a good understanding of SEM/SEO, website analytics, and content development is a must
  • Partner closely with our sales org to support sales enablement, including content, training, and process
  • Develop a strong product marketing function that maps competitor capabilities and customer needs, segments the market, and informs our R&D roadmap
  • Develop a national advertising and PR strategy for sale of our heat pump—both into our contractor channel with direct lead gen of consumers.
  • Manage and direct the advertising and PR agencies that support that strategy
  • Provide accurate and concise weekly, monthly, and annual marketing performance reporting and planning

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS from a four year university program (honors always welcome)
  • 8+ years of experience leading a marketing organization
  • Experience working at high growth organizations
  • Enterprise and Mid-Market B2B Marketing experience
