As a Customer Experience & Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and support while also driving sales for HealthyLine products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone and online channels for HealthyLine customers.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Process orders efficiently and accurately, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track sales leads, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Effectively use sales automation tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Conduct high-ticket sales by answering phone call inquiries and engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable HealthyLine products.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to build relationships, provide product information, and offer personalized recommendations.
- Actively promote the benefits and features of HealthyLine products to drive sales and meet revenue targets.

**Requirements**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone and online channels for HealthyLine customers.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Process orders efficiently and accurately, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track sales leads, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Effectively use sales automation tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Conduct high-ticket sales by answering phone call inquiries and engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable HealthyLine products.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to build relationships, provide product information, and offer personalized recommendations.
- Actively promote the benefits and features of HealthyLine products to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- Follow up on inbound leads. Getting more information about leads to confirm that they qualify to be a reseller or affiliate.
- Contact local businesses ahead of trade shows to book meetings (this can be attendee list, lead generation, etc.)
- Outreach for instore partnerships by contacting local businesses and/or potential brands that would be interested in using our space.

**Salary Starts at: $70,000**

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
