Front Desk Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk area.
**Duties**:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines
- Perform general office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and managing office equipment
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate client records
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Professional phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
We offer competitive pay based on experience.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
