Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Production of Breads and Doughs
- Weekend Doughnut Production
- Good Attitude and Team Player
- Punctual and Good Communicator
- Passionate approach to food and hospitality
- Competent in methods of food preparation and cooking
- Foundational experience in a comparable restaurant kitchen
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well in environment with time constraints
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, performing work accurately and efficiently
- Commitment to retaining information during training process, including memorization of food/beverage

- Maintain and be able to demonstrate complete knowledge of recipes and dishes on the menu, including preparation method and plating
