- Assist in creating sales portion of business plan

- Assist in setting sales prices and price increases
- Assist in setting homesite premiums

- Managing Inventory Homes
- Strategic starts of inventory homes
- Maintain appropriate levels of inventory homes
- Sell inventory homes before they are complete
- Manage sold backlog to close of escrow
- Manage sales to fill start queues for even-flow and row building (panel releases)
- Participate in management meetings
- Run weekly sales and monitor meeting
- Weekly Monday sales updates
- Weekly operations meeting
- Monthly financial reviews
- Monthly Sales Management meetings
- Quarterly Operations Reviews
- Assist in creating and drafting policies and procedures

**Education**:
High School diploma required; some college/business or professional training preferred. Senior Community Representative must have a valid, active real estate license for the state in which they work.

**Experience**:
Two or more years’ experience in new home sales preferred. Construction knowledge and ability to read plans preferred.

**Skills**:
Must be team-oriented; basic computer skills to include sales office software such as Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook (willing to take classes to expand skill level); good interpersonal and communication skills; excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills.

**Professional Performance Standards**:
Responsible and accountable for executing the specific responsibilities listed above in complete conformance with goals, expectations and schedule commitments of the Division.
