**The Sales Representative job entails**:

- Calling hot and warm leads and selling them our scientifically advanced and cutting-edge products for thinning hair.
- These are phone sales. **You must LOVE doing phone sales. **If you don't LOVE phone sales, please do not apply. However, if you LOVE phones and that is what you want to be doing... we would love you meet you.

**The Sales Representative Responsibilities**:

- Taking over the responsibility of New Client sales as well as following up with current customers for reorders.
- Providing strong customer support in order to create your own personal roster of loyal customers who only want to purchase from you.

**The Sales Representative Compensation**:
While training you will be paid hourly or commission, whichever is higher. Our goal is to get you on the phones within 3 days at which point you can start making commissioned sales. After training (a three-month window), you will switch to straight commission only which will be far greater than hourly. The commission is on a sliding scale, the more you sell the greater the commission.

**The Sales Representative Work Environment**:

- We are a small and energetic team.
- You will have your own dedicated workstation at our offices in Glendale CA.
- We have a very friendly and open office environment.

**The Sales Representative Qualifications**:

- Must be experienced in phone sales and hard closing. This is a high-end product that produces amazing results, however, most people have to be convinced of this, objections must be answered and "No" must be turned into "Yes". Because of the price, your pitch and ability to handle and convert rejections must be spot on.
- You must be a self-starter and motivated to grow your own client base of return customers under the More Hair Naturally umbrella.
- Ability to think on your feet and outside the box.
- Must be a great communicator and able to listen to clients. You will be talking to people who are very worried about their hair, you
