**Payroll Administrator Job Description**:
ProperSys Corporation is a newly established U.S. subsidiary of Taiwan Puritic Corp, founded in 1996. The company serves the constantly innovating semiconductor industry with high precision equipment, systems, and services. Delivering professional facility turnkey projects and system engineering services to the semiconductor fabrication industry are the company's specialties. Semiconductor leaders choose us to participate in their evolution and expansion because of our focus on high-quality production and clean execution. ProperSys also specializes in providing the services for procurement and sales of consumable supplies and raw materials for hi-tech OEM/ODM semiconductor equipment. ProperSys Corporation is rapidly growing and expanding and is now looking for talented members to join our team.

Propersys is looking for a driven Payroll Administrator. This individual must be detail orientated, dependable, and uphold confidentiality to the upmost level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for payroll administration in AZ, and CA by ensuring activities are undertaken and deadlines met.
- Calculate payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholding and deductions.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to manage the manual collection and review of timesheets.
- Understand our complex business needs and manage these accordingly.
- Prepare payroll input for timely processing.
- Prepare and submit monthly reporting.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar field.
- 5 plus years of hands-on payroll experience. Preferably in ADP.
- Strong systems and data maintenance knowledge
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Word, Excel)
- Demonstrate ability to work independently in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
- Meticulous and accurate numerical calculation skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good Communication Skills
- Well organized, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- A good team worker with the ability to work effectively with staff at different levels of an organization.
- Strong understanding and respect for confidentiality

**Preferred Skills**:

- Bilingual (in Mandarin)
- Familiar with California, and Arizona pay laws.
- ADPTS pay system.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
