**About Asian Community Care Organization, Inc. (ACCO)**: Asian Community Care Organization (ACCO) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community-based organization. The mission of ACCO is to provide services and assistance to meet the health-related social needs (HRSNs) of underserved members within the local Asian community, especially the seniors.

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Program Coordinator (English & Chinese) who will play a pivotal role in supporting the administration and development of our community services and programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of various community programs and services.
- Provide assistance in planning and organizing events, workshops, and outreach activities.
- Communicate effectively with community members, volunteers, and partner organizations.
- Assist in the development of program materials, resources, and reports.
- Support the coordination of multilingual services, particularly in English and Chinese.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure program objectives are met.

**Requirements**:

- Desire to serve diverse populations in the local Asian community;
- Bachelor’s degree, majors in public health, social services are preferred but not required;
- 1-2 years of experience working in a non-profit environment preferred but not required (may include internships and substantial volunteer experience);
- Relevant working experience in program coordination or related fields.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated reliability and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Sometimes in-person events are required

**Additional Notes**:

- Fluency in Chinese is a requirement for this position and proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
