**About Your New Career Position**:
Diamond Wellness, Inc., is a small woman-owned business founded by Irene Diamond. In 1995, she established San Francisco's first Pain Relief and Wellness Center, created The Diamond Method (Active Modulation Therapy® and Diamond Active Massage), and provides business consulting and coaching to other health and wellness professionals worldwide.

This job position will support all aspects of our business, both in our brick-and-mortar clinic on Lombard Street in San Francisco and online.

The Pain Relief Center operates as a Precise Private Practice®, another proprietary concept our founder developed.

Crazy as it sounds, we're not open to the public and only accept clients we are 100% sure are a great fit for us and us for them, based on their needs, goals, budget, and personality.

Our goal is to provide a beautiful, stress-free experience to support Dream Clients and Patients in relieving pain, migraine, and stress and improving their mobility, function, and performance.

We also provide educational coaching and training through corporate wellness programs.

**The Environment**:
We’re a very small team—usually just two or three of us, plus clients, are in the clinic at any given time. The job is in-person in the Marina District.
- We’re located in a warm, friendly 1890 Edwardian old home, renovated for our use.
- Onsite small exercise room available
- Free street parking and public transportation
- Open 5-days a week, including weekends

**Your Primary Responsibilities**:
This position will be the engine behind bringing our brands more publicity, which, of course, adds to our bottom line, but more importantly, getting our business-building strategies, pain relief tactics, and therapeutic approach out to more people and corporations will help the collective across the globe.
- Research and pitch media for our director as an expert or source on podcasts, speaking opportunities, magazines, and journals for topics such as clinical rehabilitation and therapeutic approach for Ergonomic, Myofascial Orthopedic, Fibromyalgia, and Migraine pain relief and improving mobility, performance, and function.
- Research and pitch media for the clinical rehabilitation and therapeutic approach of Active Modulation Therapy® and Diamond Active Massage.
- Research and pitch corporations on hiring our team to provide onsite or virtual Wellness programs or training to their employees, Executive teams, or clients.
- Write press releases and articles for LinkedIn, newsletters, blog contributions, etc.
- Craft storylines, messaging, and marketing assets in collaboration with our director to be used across all platforms and mediums.
- Manage, create, and post social media content.

**Your Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain patient records and update information in the computer database, documents, and charts, following our system
- Understand and provide CONSULTATIVE SELLING to prescreen people to ensure they're a fit for us and for them.
- Consult and advise the client on their care, rather than simply being an "ORDER TAKER" fulfilling requests and demands.
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
- Ensure the facility is kept clean and organized
- Assist in the writing, editing, and creation of proposals, documents, social media posts, and all aspects of communication and visuals
- Assist the director in her online businesses by coordinating with the online business manager, managing her coaching clients and students, and being the liaison between the online companies and the San Francisco brick-and-mortar.

**Your Skills**:

- **Maniacal about time management, efficiency, and proficiency, all while having fun.**:

- Extremely proficient in finding, contacting, and appropriately responding to journalists’ requests and other sources through Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Creative writer and storyteller, skilled at crafting messaging.
- Excellent customer service as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role that was people-facing
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures such as data entry and phones.
- Proficiency in using Canva, all Google Docs, Asana, and miscellaneous software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Familiarity with medical or dental terminology is a plus
- You can think clearly on the spot to handle anything that comes up while keeping lines of communication open with the others on the team.
