**Status**: Part Time (~15-20 hours per week); 12 months per year

- **Job Summary**_

The Finance Administrator position at Lord of Life is responsible for accurately maintaining financial transactions, including contribution records and ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting practices for Lord of Life Lutheran Church and the two preschools it currently operates.

**Essential Functions**
- Bookkeeping & Record keeping
- Bank Reconciliation
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Processing Payroll for Preschools
- Assist with Financial Reporting
- Assist with Budgeting and Forecasting
- Assist with Internal Controls
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Commitment to the mission and values of Lord of Life
- Experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Excellence in Microsoft Office, but specifically Excel
- Proficiency in accounting software, ideally Quickbooks
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is desired

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
