**Position Overview**:The Strategic Analytics (SA) team is a core business support unit within the Business Operations department of NYCEDC's Asset Management (AM) Division. SA is responsible for division-wide oversight of budgeting, financial analysis, training and policy, and process improvement, especially as it relates to leveraging available technologies to streamline and automate tasks.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the refinement of internal and external business intelligence products, including senior level reporting, front-line data collection, and back end structural development.
- Develop and provide training and customer support for both front-line and senior management customers.
- Cultivate and maintain familiarity with our assets and the people who manage and maintain them.
- Provide support for projects in the form of data collection, document drafting, process mapping, interviewing, and data analysis.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's Degree or at least 3 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, and/or data management, real estate, asset management, project management or a related field
- Experience with various Office.365 Applications including SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, MS Lists
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently, under mínimal supervision, while managing time effectively, integrating feedback, and proactively reporting progress updates
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- New York City residency (required within 180 days of hire)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with real estate, finance, asset and/or property management
- New York City government experience
- PMP Certification
