**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and create attractive product displays
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing new shipments
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service
- Follow all company policies and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in retail or customer service is a plus
- Proven experience as a Retail Assistant, Sales Associate, or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
