Veterinary Client Service

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring a positive and professional client service experience
- Triage patient needs to appropriate staff
- Client check in and out; processing payments, presenting and explaining fees,
- Maintaining client records; review for accuracy
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various administrative tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, restrooms and exam rooms
- Expediting serious issues to management in a timely manner
- Other tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in client services, sales, or a similar role.
- Exceptional ability in providing professional, efficient, and friendly client services.
- Ability to coordinate with other departments
- Excellent interpersonal and recordkeeping skills
- Compassion for pets and people
- 1-2 years of experience in Veterinary Industry (preferred)
- Proficiency in Veterinary Management Software (NEO, VIA)

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
