Overview:
The **AVP of Advanced Illness Management** (AIM) is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and evaluation of operational policies and procedures, delivering high quality patient care and family services programs in a cost-effective manner and to represent the company in the community.
About You:
- NP or RN highly preferred; Bachelor's degree in Business related field may be considered.
- Unencumbered and active NP license and RN license in state of residence required, if RN or NP
- 5 years previous managerial experience, of which 3 years in healthcare service industry is preferred.
- Experience with ACO or value
- based care delivery is preferred
- Travel: approximately 75-80%
