Lead Product Designer

**The Opportunity**:
**What Your Impact Will Be**:
- Actively generate new opportunities to enhance the brand.
- Execute on Product, and Graphic Designs.
- Design and develop die-cast vehicles
- Builds consensus between members throughout the design process.
- Partner with Development Design, Engineering, Packaging and Cost Engineering to ensure product integrity and marketing objectives.
- Daily communication with Asia partners.
- Present and communicate their concepts to the internal design/marketing management and external licensor.
- Manage design and development with other disciplines within the company including model makers, sculptors, as well as frequent approvals and interactions with licensors
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Experience in automotive design, automotive and toy trends and quick prototyping.
- Must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and 2D computer programs.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
- Knowledge of material and manufacturing process.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Ability to project manage and problem solve.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design excellence.
- Artistic and passionate about 'Play'.
- Self-motivated, efficient, proactive and organized.
- Professional maturity and the ability to assimilate constructive criticism.
- Embraces a hybrid workplace, works well both virtually as well as in person.
- Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Design, Product Design, Toy Design or related field
- 7+ years professional Toy Design experience
- Must include link to online portfolio
- Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
The annual base salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $128,000
