- Determine shipping methods for products, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures.
- Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and discrepancies.
- Handle inbound and outbound loads, maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare necessary shipping documents and route materials accordingly.
- Maintain inventory and oversee packaging activities.
- Adapt to frequently changing priorities and tasks.
- Reconcile discrepancies on received goods and report to management when necessary.
- Create and update shipping and receiving documentation in the MIS system.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of two years of shipping/receiving experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or higher education.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
