Monday - Friday

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Servicing member’s basic transactional needs
- Conducting general account maintenance
- Earning and maintaining Financial Wellness counselor certification in order to assist members in realizing their long-term financial goals
- Utilizing our Member Engagement Model to determine member needs and developing appropriate credit solutions
- Following up on loan applicants and ultimately closing loans.
- Keeping current on all FCFCU products and services
- Utilizing Smartphones and tablets in order to personally demonstrate alternative banking channels including mobile and online banking.
- Maintaining knowledge of fundamentals of lending, loan documentation and corresponding loan compliance
(obtain NMLS license)
- Making appropriate referrals to Mortgage and Investment specialist
- Troubleshooting and problem solving while handling member objections

**We require the following skills and experience**:

- 1-2 years retail or customer service experience
- High School diploma
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Strong oral and written communications
