Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team at QNB Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service and Sales: Model QNB's Service Excellence by providing prompt, efficient, and accurate service to customers, while promoting Q2 Service and Sales programs.
  2. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, representing QNB in a courteous, confidential, and professional manner.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of QNB's products and services, including deposit products, loans, and other financial services.
  4. Branch Functions: Perform various branch functions, including opening, closing, and servicing deposit accounts, taking and disbursing loans, and processing transactions.
  5. Training and Development: Assist in the training of new employees and participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  6. Compliance and Risk Management: Fulfill QNB compliance requirements, including adherence to government regulations, QNB policy, and established procedures.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment.
  2. Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in all aspects of the job, including product knowledge, customer service, and sales.
  3. Certifications and Licenses: Universal Banker Certification, PA Notary, and compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Banking Fundamentals and Consumer Lending: Successful completion of Banking Fundamentals and Consumer Lending courses.
  2. Product Knowledge and Sales: Strong product knowledge and ability to champion and coach Q2 Sales and Service, referrals, and product campaigns.
