_City Wide Property Services, Inc. currently has an opening for an _**Account Manager **_to join our expanding team For over two decades, City Wide has been a trusted partner for ownership, and property & facility managers throughout the Western United States including California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Texas, providing commercial properties with first-class maintenance and service repairs. _
**Job Summary**
The Account Manager collaborates with Property Managers to create needs-based solutions and services for the client pertaining to possible liabilities and maintenance issues on properties. This includes managing existing businesses, creating maintenance tickets, and maintaining a high level of service by keeping a positive client experience for commercial relationships. The position is hands-on, working closely with Tech and Day Porters.
**Essential Duties/Responsibilities**
- Tour properties to identify maintenance and liability opportunities for work to propose to clients. Complete regular inspections of assigned properties.
- Maintain your schedule consistent with standard business hours per assigned portfolio and /or site activities.
- Service and manage existing clients including providing communication as the point of contact for their property. Be present and available for occasional customer walks and property suggestions.
- Presents and negotiates client acceptance of approved tag work regarding terms and conditions. Oversees document origination, negotiation, closing.
- Create proposals for clients for special projects and other tag work needs.
- Partner with Business Development, and management team to enhance services on assigned clients.
- Collaborate with clients to address concerns, project updates, and to identify ongoing property activities.
- Upsell recurring and service tag work to active, prospective, and inactive clients.
- Be available and responsive to operational needs that may come in after standard business hours.
**Qualifications**
- At least one year of Business-to-Business sales experience.
- Previous experience with building maintenance and identifying property liabilities.
- At least two years of experience supervising, training, and providing feedback to employees.
- Experience in a Microsoft Office environment, including basic analytical and computer skills.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Clean and neat appearance
- Associate degree or higher preferred

Pay: $66,560.00 - $75,000.00 per year
