**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership and Development**: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Program Specialists and Direct Support Professionals. Develop and maintain schedules for client visits, ensuring compliance and exceptional follow-up. Provide training, care plan development, and constructive feedback to team members.

**Client Satisfaction**: Ensure clients receive high-quality care and services, addressing and resolving any concerns or complaints promptly. Maintain documentation and prepare incident reports as necessary for regulatory compliance.

**Business Growth**: Drive revenue generation by cultivating community relationships and referral networks. Collaborate with your team to meet revenue targets and expand services for existing clients.

**Communication**: Maintain open communication with management, providing regular status and activity reports. Participate in meetings and contribute to agency-sponsored in-services and team meetings.

**Regulatory Compliance**: Stay informed about industry trends, rules, and regulations. Make recommendations for enhancements to services or operational efficiency. Communicate necessary changes to team members.

**HCBS Oversight**: Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of Home and Community Based Services programs. Ensure compliance with state funding agency and certification regulations and quality service standards.

**Personnel Management**: Coordinate all aspects of personnel activities, including hiring, orientation, training, supervision, and evaluation of program employees and consultants.

**Team Collaboration**: Promote a team-based approach to program supports and services, fostering open communication and embracing diversity.

**Program Coordination**: Manage all program aspects, from preadmission to compliance with HCBS plan requirements. Facilitate family and individual participation in program planning and evaluations.

**Individual Support**: Contribute to the development and implementation of individuals' goals and objectives as outlined in the Individual Support Plan (ISP).

**Issue Resolution**: Handle issues and complaints on behalf of individuals on IDD waivers to ensure satisfaction with Onewell. Notify management of incidents in a timely manner.

**Emergency Response**: Respond to emergency calls to ensure the safety of individuals and DSPs.

**Enterprise Incident Management**: Support Program Specialists in entering incident reports into Enterprise Incident Management (EIM) as needed.

**Additional Responsibilities**: Undertake assigned job-related responsibilities as needed to contribute to the success of the team and organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in leadership and management roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
