Vintage VHS Convert, a premier provider of VHS to digital conversion services, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Mail Handler to join our team. With a passion for preserving cherished memories captured on VHS tapes, we are dedicated to helping our customers digitize their precious moments for future generations to enjoy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, sort, and process incoming mail and packages containing VHS tapes for conversion.
- Ensure accurate documentation and labeling of incoming and outgoing packages.
- Safely handle and transport VHS tapes to designated processing areas.
- Assist with quality control checks to ensure the integrity of tapes throughout the conversion process.
- Maintain organized inventory of incoming tapes and completed orders.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize orders and meet production deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status and inquiries.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in mail handling, shipping, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing mail and packages.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and order tracking.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: $24.78 - $25.30 per hour
