**Strategic Armory Corps**

A rapid growing firearms manufacturing company formed with the goal of acquiring and combining industry-leading companies within the firearms industry. Strategic Armory Corps owns and manufactures ArmaLite Rifles, Surgeon Rifles, McMillan Firearms and AWC Silencers in effort to meet the needs of military, law enforcement, commercial groups and individual users around the world.

Strategic Armory Corps manufacturing facility and headquarters is proudly located in College Station, TX.

**When?**

Strategic Armory Corps is hiring for Night Shift, and Overnight Shift

Scheduling:

- Monday - Friday, 2:30PM - 10:30PM
- Monday - Friday, 10:00PM - 6:00AM

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Direct involvement with continuous improvement
- Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications and in a timely fashion.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and diagrams
- Inspect machining operations and finished product against specified tolerances using precision measuring tools.
- Determine complex machine malfunctions.
- Attend work per work schedule.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Maintain CNC machines and keep a clean organized work area daily.
- Maintain all documentation and follow work procedures and specifications.
- Fabricate parts to the required specifications by reading work orders and spec sheets before starting machines.

- Follow all applicable company and corporate policies, guiding principles, procedures, and programs, including but not limited to quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Report any unsafe conditions or practices to management promptly.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous CNC operator experience preferred
- Manufacturing or experience working with large equipment preferred
- Must possess basic math skills
- Must read and write in English

**Additional Requirements**:

- Must be able to work under limited supervision
- Must possess good communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Detail oriented
- Capable of problem solving
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Able to stand for multiple hours

**Supplemental Compensation**:

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
