Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- **Staff Management**: Supervise all front-of-house staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- **Guest Experience**: Ensure all guests receive a high level of service that is consistent with our restaurant's reputation. Address and resolve any guest complaints effectively.
- **Operations Coordination**: Work closely with the kitchen manager to ensure smooth operation between the kitchen and the dining area. Implement efficient processes for seating, order flow, and customer service.
- **Financial Oversight**: Manage budgeting for the front of house, including labor costs and restaurant supplies. Oversee daily financial transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards. Conduct regular staff training on compliance and emergency procedures.
- **Promotions and Marketing**: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and participate in the creation of promotional events and special dining experiences.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in a management role at a high-volume restaurant.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in English and either Italian or Spanish.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a deep understanding of restaurant operations.
- **Personal Qualities**: Must exhibit exceptional hospitality, a commitment to customer service, and a readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.
How to Apply:
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
