**Job description**

Industrial Quick Search is seeking an **Office Manager** to help lead our team. As a leading player in the industrial advertising industry, we are dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Office Manager** to join our team. The **Office Manager** will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Must have experience or good knowledge of Quick Books and Excel**.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and integrity are important aspects of the work we do.
- Communication skills and working well with others (i.e. clients, vendors, employees)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

**Job Duties**:

- Contract/accounting administration.
- Create and send invoices.
- Accounts Receivable.
- Customer Invoice Follow up.
- Monthly Reconciliations.
- Monthly Budget updates.
- Accounts payable

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 2 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:

- Grand Rapids, MI 49506: Relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Location: In person
