**Duties**:

- Create engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards

- Collaborate with parents, administrators, and other teachers to support student learning
- Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive classroom behavior

**Requirements**:

- Assoicate's or Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Previous experience working with children in a teaching or childcare setting
- Proficiency in classroom management and creating a conducive learning environment
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with Montessori or other alternative teaching methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Understanding of child welfare and development principles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 per week
