Rapha Physical Therapy is a growing rehabilitation company headquartered in Montclair, California and we're excited to announce our new clinic in **San Bernardino** and we're looking for dynamic and creative Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA's) to join our teams in **San Bernardino** and in **Montclair.**

We work with infants, children, teenagers and adults in a clinic setting and we're looking for therapists who want to change the lives of the patients with which they work. The successful applicant will:

- implement individualized treatment plan aiming to promote communication skills, including expressive language, the ability of verbal expression, receptive language, and augmentative communication, under guidance from SLP.
- Monitor treatment plans as needed and communicate with SLP to ensure the effectiveness of services provided.
- Implement speech-language therapy activities.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the student’s treatment team and family to implement appropriate services.
- Keep data during sessions
- Implement appropriate behavior management strategies and techniques.
- Maintain speech-language therapy supplies
- Provide services and individualized treatment plans to our patients with a variety of special needs.

The successful applicant **MUST **licensed to practice in the state of California or be eligible for licensure, and have a passion to work with the pediatric population. This opportunity is best suited for the self-starting, independent, and enthusiastic. No prior pediatric experience is necessary and mentoring is available. Spanish-speaking is also appreciated but not required. We are a NO-DRAMA bunch who love working with our patients and each other.

Pay: From $57,000.00 per year
