**Morning hours only 8:30am to 2pm or early leave.**
**We slice 5 days a week.**
Competitive Pay will be commensurate with ability.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to learn quickly
- Is considerate of managers by not calling out or not showing up on time for shifts to slice.
- Doesn't participate in drama and comes to work with a positive mental attitude.
- Must maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary work space.
- **Must be able to handle the slicer by adhering to safety requirements.**:
- **Must have knowledge about slicing deli meats**:
- Able and willing to complete in other restaurant functions such as cleaning, per management direction, or any other duties assigned by management.
- Must maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines.
- **Must **be reliable.
- **Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs**
Job duties:
- Sharpening Slicer blades everyday before slicing
- Slice all deli meats assigned by manager
- FIFO meats after slicing
- Properly clean the whole slicer, slicer table and floors.
- Slice onions, green peppers and tomatoes
- Chop cucumbers and green peppers
- Cook (caramelized) onions and green peppers
- Prep Tuna mix, slaw mix and few dressings.
- Clean all equipments and utensils used.
