We are seeking a skilled, connected, and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to run our westcoast (WC) territory doing outbound prospecting to cannabis retailers and brands. You will be responsible for setting up discovery meetings in the westcoast territory (CA, OR, WA, NV, AZ, CO, & NM).

This is a great opportunity to join a growing cannaSaaS company with near zero competition in our vertical. There is a ton of growth and opportunity here for the right person. We will train you on our product, and provide sales support.

**We offer two different compensation models**:
**Model 1**: 100% commission. When an account subscribes, we pay you the full commission.

**Model 2**: 10% monthly recurring commission for the life of the account, paid monthly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setup discovery meetings and calls for the Growth Manager
- Build long-term trusting relationships with dispensary managers and owners
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in your territory
- Report to the Growth Manager on sales results
- Join weekly meetings between WC and NE SDR and Growth Manager
- 1-2 years experience in technology sales or in retail cannabis
- Experience working with a CRM (Slack, ClickUp, and Outreach)
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $3,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
