Inline Test Engineering Manager leading a department of electrical test engineers and technicians (AWS). Responsible for EFK production and development test operations and maintenance. Drives quality and yield improvements through definition and maintenance of robust test programs that lead to shorter mean time to detect of signals and prevention of factory yield excursions. Improves operational efficiency and cost through continuous improvement of production procedures, spare parts / maintenance, and cycle time. **Required Qualifications**:

- Education - BS. Degree in Electrical Engineering or Solid State Physics
- Experience: 8-10 years of semiconductor test engineering

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Education: MS. Degree in Electrical Engineering or Solid State Physics
- Experience 6-8 years in Semiconductor Parametric & Functional Test and Characterization
- Experience in test equipment configuration and / or test lab supervision
- Experience in manufacturing metrics and problem solving in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrate ability to work well within a global matrixed team or environment with mínimal supervision
- Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization and experience in working with external constituencies
- Strong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments
- Familiar with 5S, 8D, 6-sigma, SPC, DOE, FMEA

**Essential Responsibilities**:
Manage department of electrical test engineers and technicians. Continuously improve test operations across yield, quality, cost, and productivity. Work closely with defect inspection, production, yield & device engineering, sector manufacturing engineering, integration, and wafer probe engineering teams.

Operations Support & Test Applications Engineering
- Manage team of test engineers and AWS technicians to support 24/7 production
- Partner with production team to achieve operational excellence
- Identify cost and cycle time detractors and drive improvements for these
- Provide daily test sector monitoring, lot disposition, and WIP management
- Define retest strategies to validate scrap wafers
- Ensure inline test sector customer / audit readiness and compliance with all quality standards
- Perform preventive and breakdown equipment maintenance on testers
- Define in-house sprea parts strategy

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
