Business Development Center Representative Duties:

- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate and relevant information
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Stay organized and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus opportunities

**Experience**:
