**Duties**:
As a **Procurement Analyst**, you will:

- Provide expert policy advice on contracting policy and approaches. Initiate, develop, and recommend contracting policies, procedures, guidance, and controls for contracts and the various program portfolios.
- Coordinate with acquisition and program managers to implement training strategies to ensure the organization's talent pool is capable to effectively and efficiently address the changing contracting requirements to support HUD's mission.
- As an authoritative technical expert, develop and present innovative, state-of-the-art training programs in the contracting field.
- Plan, implement and coordinate comprehensive approaches to meeting HUD acquisition workforce employee development needs in acquisition to ensure that employee skill levels are properly maintained to address both the technical and administrative requirements of the organization.
