Treatment Director/case Manager

Duties:

- Managing the day to day operations of the treatment intervention program.
- Develop and implement admission assessments (including accepting youth for placement)
- Develop and implement initial service plans, updates, and reviews.
- Develop discharge or transfer summaries.
- Develop and implement safety plans for any restrictions that will be imposed on a youth for more than seven days.
- Develop and implement safety plans for any restrictions to communication and visitation with the child’s family that are imposed on a youth.
- Develop and implement behavioral plans for any restrictions to a particular room or building for more than 24 hours that are imposed on a youth.
- Provide Crisis Management as required.
- Managing 3rd party therapy services
- Ensuring therapy-related documents are uploaded to the youth's file in a timely manner
- Meeting with service team as required

This position does require 2 weeks on call PER month.

**Requirements**:
Meet one of the following criterial

Have a master’s degree in a human services field OR

Be a licensed master social worker OR

Be a licensed clinical social worker OR

Be a licensed professional counselor OR

Be a licensed marriage and family therapist

And have three years of experience providing treatment services for children with an emotional disorder, including one year in a residential setting.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
