**Role Description**

**Duties**
- Iterate efficiencies in high-use local and web based tools. IE Microsoft Excel etc.
- Manage prep work and roll out for new software processes.
- Working directly with the CIO to map and build operational efficiencies.
- Monitor existing softwares for known issues.
- Explore new software programs and aid in implementation at the direction of the CIO.
- Explore additional features in existing softwares and project manage adjusting the company’s adoption of new procedures.
- Be the first point of escalation for issues in some software programs.
- Build reports at the direction of the CIO.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication

**Requirements**:

- Strong ability to map operational processes
- High-level understanding of software wireframes
- Experience with data management
- Excellent Microsoft suite skills

**Preferred Knowledge**

Experience using and building in Airtable

ERP workflow and configuration

Basic coding or software design experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
