Outdoor Life is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Order Picker to join our warehouse team. This full-time position offers weekly pay and benefits, with immediate start availability.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
Retrieve, pick, and pack finished goods for customer orders.
Provide direct support to shippers.
Prepare detailed orders to ensure accurate customer fulfillment.
Scan inventory to locate items for orders.
Package products securely.
Load trucks for shipment.
**Required Skills**:
Ability to remain on your feet for 8-10 hours.
High attention to detail is essential.
Perform tasks with a client-focused approach.
Basic math skills are necessary.
Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly.
Efficiently deliver, select, and package finished products according to customer orders.
Demonstrate responsibility and goal-orientation when working both independently and in small teams.
Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
