We are seeking a hard-working **Customer Service Representative** to work onsite at our headquarters in **Vernon Hills, IL**.
**Schedule**: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound ACD (Automatic Call Distributor) and Non-ACD calls - 50-70 calls per day
- Quote requests
- Item information
- Price information
- Order tracking
- Order entry over the phone
- Other miscellaneous requests
- Returns
- Product inventory availability and in-stock dates
- Participate in customer promotions to help build sales
- Upselling customers when placing phone orders
- Outbound calling as requested
**Must Have**:
- Very strong organizational skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills working with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft tools
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast paced, high call volume department
- Other duties related to customer service as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
