The primary function of the Warehouse Supervisor is to maintain proper inventory levels in ERP system and maintaining consumable inventory by monitoring stock and generating purchase orders as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Monitors and maintains inventory ensuring data is entered accurately in the company’s ERP systems. Manage all inventory operations including but not limited to: counting, receiving, order pulling, cycle counts, and full inventory counts.
- Supervises warehouse employees in receiving into locations and picking orders for production. May require the use of a forklift. Assist Production by confirming WO items availability. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, keeping receiving areas, aisles, and racks free of hazards or obstructions.
- Manages consumable and vendor managed inventory (VMI). Recommends and/or submits purchase order requests to reorder inventory based on current production rates.
- Plan and coordinate monthly cycle counts of inventory by department; reconcile physical counts, root-cause analysis of discrepancies and report variances to Supply Chain Manager
- Act as a role model for all production and to stay actively involved in developing the Formaspace culture along with continued participation in culture crew events and activities associated with building our culture.

Physical Requirements:

- Stand, sit, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach;
- Light to moderate lifting;
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic);
- Ability to work in a confined area and sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time;
**Experience**:

- 5-7 years experience in a inventory / purchasing role, preferably in manufacturing industry

Pay: $60,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
