Soma Physical and Occupational Therapy is currently recruiting patient care coordinator to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Verity insurances and authorizations
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Coordinate with therapists and other staff members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the clinic's daily operations

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
- Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred, but not required
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
