The Inpatient RN Care Coordinator at Penn State Health plays a vital role in facilitating seamless transitions of care for patients within the inpatient setting. Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, the RN Care Coordinator ensures that patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care from admission to discharge. This position requires strong clinical expertise, effective communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S)**:
- Two (2) years nursing experience
- Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period
