**Job Summary**: As a Managed Services Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our managed services offerings. You’ll be responsible for identifying and closing business opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and contributing to our rapid growth in managed services. Your focus will be on building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:

- Identify potential clients and business opportunities within the managed services domain.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.

**Sales & Negotiation**:

- Present our managed services solutions, emphasizing their value and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between sales and service delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales materials.

**Sales Metrics & Reporting**:

- Track sales performance, pipeline, and conversion rates.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales activities and results.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in technology sales, managed services, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

**Compensation**:

- Commission plus bonuses based on performance.

Pay: $60,711.00 - $67,833.00 per year
