**Position Summary**:

Creative seeks a Program Associate for the Education for Development Division. The role of an Associate is to provide administrative and coordination support to up to two client-funded projects (number may vary based on size/complexity of projects) within a Technical Division, with an anticipated LOE of 60-65% on project management. The Associate may also provide business development (BD) support at 15-20% LOE; BD support may include writing past performance references (PPRs); writing and editing CVs; serving as pricing support; participating in capture efforts; or other support functions. The Associate may travel to the field to provide administrative and/or technical support or to support capture efforts for BD.

The Program Associate will support the All Children Succeeding (ACS) project in Uzbekistan. The ACS project is a five-year, USAID-funded project implemented by Creative Associates International in Uzbekistan. The goal of the ACS project is to support the Government of Uzbekistan to deliver inclusive, high-quality, and equitable education in foundational skills for school-aged children. Other projects may be assigned in the future, depending on the evolution of the Education division’s project portfolio and staff assignments.

**Reporting & Supervision**:
The Program Associate will report to the Senior Project Director.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing administrative support to the project, including processing project documentation such as payments and facilitating procurement of consultants, vendors, sub-awards, among others;
- Reviewing project deliverables;
- Coordinating with support units to support complex project needs and build knowledge of the administrative, financial, and operating systems for project backstopping;
- Working closely with the Project Director and Technical Advisor(s) to provide project implementation support and technical support;
- Contributing to project financial management including updating projections and tracking spending;
- Managing project budget trackers;
- Managing project information and files;
- Liaising with support offices;
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with field staff, project partners, and colleagues and liaises with field office teams.
- Liaising with vendors and subcontractors as needed;
- Drafting and reviewing project documents (i.e. PPRs, internal notes to file, technical notes) in compliance with Creative and client policies and requirements;
- Providing administrative and logístical support in meetings; and
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's required and 1 year of relevant administrative or professional work experience (including internships)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel up to 8 weeks per year
- Familiarity with MS Office suite, including ability to navigate and use Excel

The **Salary Range** for this position is expected to be: $49,500 - $55,800
