**Full Job Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance programs and policies.
- Perform extensive administrative tasks to support the QA department, including scheduling audits, maintaining documentation, and preparing reports.
- Support compliance monitoring with state and federal regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and assist in preparing for external audits and inspections.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data related to service quality and client outcomes.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to the QA Manager and Senior Management.
- Assist in developing and conducting training programs for staff on QA protocols and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong administrative and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay: $14.35 per hour
