**IT**

Rocket Lab's IT team is responsible for how our global teams access information and run operations across our computer systems, networks, and devices. Our hardworking IT team is a group of flexible problem-solvers working in a fast-paced environment but who also thrive under the challenge of supporting all of our proprietary systems and people, from finance to launch operations.

**ERP SUPPORT ANALYST I**

**WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO**:

- Be a member of a high performing global ERP support team delivering fast, quality ERP support across multiple business functions and sites.
- Participate in continuous ERP system improvement initiatives.

**YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Certificate or degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or demonstrated equivalent level of knowledge.
- A basic understanding of enterprise systems and the role they play in an organization and a passion to learn about ERP systems in a high-tech manufacturing company.

**THESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE**:

- Infor LN experience/knowledge will be a PLUS
- Outstanding interpersonal, teamwork, communication and learning skills.
- Outstanding analytical & problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Certifications related to supply chain and/or production.
- Experience of ERP systems in manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with SQL
- Training and support experience

**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
- Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, operate computer keyboard and controls, and communicate verbally and in writing.
- Must be physically able to commute to buildings.
- Occasional exposure to dust, fumes and moderate levels of noise.
- ERP Support Analyst I Pay Range: $29/hr - $37/hr_
