Reconcile invoices with receiving documents, investigate and resolve discrepancies by working with other departments.
- Review employee expense submissions.
- Ensure timely processing of all vendor invoices with continued emphasis on maximizing early pay discounts.
- Ensure vendor credit memos are entered timely and used as quickly as possible.
- Setup vendor system for new vendor assignments as well as maintain/update vendor records for all assigned vendors as appropriate.
- Initiate online/credit card payments for suppliers within terms.
- Prepare payment runs for processing.
- Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and monthly statements.
- Assist with month-end close and year-end audit processes.
- Support with reception duties and other cross-training within the Accounting department.

**Requirement**:
Experience: 2 plus years of Accounts Payable experience.

Education: High School diploma is required.

**Skills & Abilities**:
Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
