**Who you are**:

- Passionate about helping others, specifically seniors.
- Relationship oriented: friendly, helpful, and able to communicate clearly and effectively to residents, visitors, and employees.
- Organized, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in work.
- Demonstrates exceptional phone etiquette.
- Must be proficient with computer, MS-Word, Outlook, Excel, and other office equipment.

Exercises good judgment and decision making when working independently.

**What the job looks like:
- Receives all persons who enter Sagewood in a courteous manner, informs, guides, directs or otherwise assists residents, visitors, staff, or vendors tactfully to ensure a positive Sagewood experience.
- Answers and routes all incoming calls to the appropriate party or department.
- Confirms following day resident transportation appointments by phone daily.
- Accepts and records reservations, payments, and cancellations for the community’s Guest Suites.
- Assists Residents with reservations for activities, events, etc.

Organizes cooperation of Security and Valet staff to fulfill resident needs upon resident request.
