Under general supervision, the primary role of the Concierge is to provide service to newly admitted residents and family members to ensure a smooth transition to and from the community and resolve any concerns during their stay. The Concierge will ensure that resident’s privacy and rights is maintained during the activities of daily living and participates in resident care plans. The Concierge coordinates guest services by assisting residents, visitors, and vendors;

This will be a PRN (on call)  position

Pay: $16.50 to $17.50 per hour

Work Duties:

  • Promptly greet all guests upon arrival to community, provide directions, guidance, assistance or information as requested or needed;
  • Establish a rapport and supportive relationship with the resident, family members, team members, vendors, and guests
  • Cover front desks in our main lobby, Assisted Living, Medical Center, and Sales Office as needed.
  • Help with projects and other administrative tasks as assigned

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent,
    • Some college coursework or vocational school courses emphasizing clerical skills including transcribing, alphabetizing, filing, word processing, spreadsheets, tables and scheduling;.
    • At least one year of clerical experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
