Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of the HR function within our organization. This includes implementing HR strategies, providing guidance to employees, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system
- Assist with data collection and analysis for HR metrics and reporting purposes
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness
- Run payroll theough ADP for all employees
- Day to day operational office management duties such as ordering supplies and purchasing needed office items

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, laws, and regulations
- Experience with succession planning and talent management strategies
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce) for data management and reporting
- Strategic planning skills to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
- Excellent communication skills for employee orientation and training development
- Knowledge of benefits administration processes (e.g., Paychex)
- Strong analytical skills for data collection and reporting purposes
- Needs to be fully fluent in the English language

Experience with bookkeeping is a plus

Pay: $47,461.00 - $52,530.00 per year
