**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate restorative circles, dialogues, and mediation sessions to address harm and conflict
- Lead sessions on conflict resolution, introduction to asset mapping, violence responses
- Provide training and support to students ages 13-17 years old
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in social work, criminal justice, psychology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in restorative justice or related field
- Strong understanding of restorative practices, principles, and frameworks
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Experience working with diverse communities and populations

**Job Type**: Temporary

Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 2 per week
