Looking for a career with unlimited earning potential, with a company that’s continuing to grow year after year? Until now, our private equity group has relied on referrals from other banks, financial institutions, vendors, and referral partners. Now, we’re looking to scale our in-house salesforce and we’re seeking motivated, driven, sales representatives who can build relationships and close deals. This position gives you the ability to earn uncapped commissions as a commercial loan advisor, while helping small businesses to access the funds they need to grow. We offer direct financing through our private-equity channel and have access to a network of strategic partners who specialize in a variety of business lending programs - access to our range of loan options makes us a one-stop shop for any business financing need.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in phone sales is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Must have a basic understanding of business operations
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to prospect, manage relationships and close sales
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners nationwide
- Prospect and outreach to develop new opportunities
- Handle customer-service related requests as they arise
- Answer inbound calls from existing/prospective customers

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
