**Job Description**:

- About the Role:

- The HR Specialist role at the Dixon location is directly responsible for supporting the HR function guiding the day-to-day success of the facility. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
- Enforcing all company policies and plant rules, to include conducting investigations, maintaining corrective action procedures, and ensuring accurate administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and grievance procedures.-
- Managing the full cycle recruiting and onboarding efforts for hourly roles.-
- Managing the payroll process and attendance tracking for hourly employees.-
- Partnering closely with the HR Manager and management team to support functional priorities and reporting out Key Performance Indicators for the HR function.-
- Demonstrating tact and diplomacy and maintaining discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee issues and data.- Important Details: This is a full-time on-site role supporting plant human resources needs predominantly on 1st shift with schedule flexing between all shifts occasionally required.
- About You:

- You’ll fit right in if you have:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a Human Resources function-
- Strong knowledge of and experience in HR Information Systems such as Workday and Dimensions-
- Strong communication skills at all levels of management-
- Strong organizational and time management skills-
