**Summary/Objective**

Provide support to contracted agents of an insurance company by converting rollover policies. Extensive Data entry of data collected from offices. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills by working with agents, Territory Sales Managers, and contracting in support of the rollover process. Occasionally travel to an agent’s office to obtain required documentation if it cannot be collected electronically.

**Essential Functions**
- Verify information on policy documents prior to data entry (i.e. expiration dates, property addresses, and mobile home specific info).
- Underwrite every rollover as entered in the AS400. Compile all necessary documentation for the policy to roll and ensure accurate billing is sent out at renewal.
- Keep up on multiple rolls, possibly 50-60 at one time to ensure potential policies are entered prior to the billing cycle for rollovers.
- Send monthly updates to the agents showing progress and missing documents.
- Send necessary communication to agent as rollover progresses.
- Maintain record of rollovers in Salesforce and report on status and conversion ratios to management.
- Assist with various tasks relative to the Flood product and/or rollover process as necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, performing data entry, processing CSR transactions, providing phone and chat coverage, processing functions in a backlog state, or assisting with claims during a CAT.

**Required Education and Experience**
- HS/GED required.
- 1 year of Flood Insurance experience which includes working knowledge of Submit-for-Rate rating/processing and RCBP’s.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Ability to multi-task numerous simultaneous projects.
- Outlook experience is also necessary.
- Data entry 1200 kpm

**Preferred Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s in Administration or similar field.
- Salesforce and AS400 experience.
- Bilingual a plus.
